Shipping is automatically calculated for users via the shopping cart system, UK users have the choice of either recorded 1st class or first class postage, whilst countries outside the UK have a choice of airmail or int signed for/airsure(tracked). We recommend that all customers use a tracked postage such as recorded or airsure, this is because in the unlikely event that your order goes missing during transit we can reclaim the value and send you out another order.
All low level mail such as first class or airmail cannot be reimbursed if lost due to not being tracked.
If in the unlikely event your order doesnt make it to you please use the contact address : sales@amlaberry.co.uk and quote your order number so we can track it down via the selected courier such as Royal Mail.
We cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product.
